摘 要:目的探讨微课为基础翻转课堂在健康评估实验中的应用效果。方法选取莆田学院2017级护理学专业本科166例学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用微课为基础翻转课堂教学方法,通过实验考核、理论考试及教学效果评价对比2组教学效果。结果试验组的实验考核成绩和理论考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对翻转课堂教学效果认同度更高(P<0.05)。结论微课为基础翻转课堂教学能够提高健康评估实验教学质量,值得提倡和推广。Objective To explore the teaching effect of the inverted classroom based on micro-lecture in the experiment teaching of health assessment.Methods One hundred and sixty-six nursing students from class 2017 the Nursing School of Putian College were selected and divided randomly into control group and experimental group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode and the experimental group used inverted classroom based on micro-lecture.The objective subjective evaluation were carried out by experimental operation assessment,theory exam and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of experimental operation assessment and theory exam in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was an obviously significant difference between experimental group and control group in the satisfaction with the experiment teaching of health assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion The Inverted classroom based on micro-lecture in the experiment teaching of Health Assessment can improve teaching quality.
