广府文化在粤港澳大湾区企业文化建构中的作用

摘　　要：企业文化是推动企业不断发展的动力和源泉,它的形成和发展深受区域文化的影响。在粤港澳大湾区统筹发展的新形势下,湾区企业应充分吸收广府文化的精髓,通过吸纳广府文化兼容开放、务实避虚和开拓创新的精神特质来建构极具个性的多元包容的企业文化,培育湾区企业文化中的工匠精神和创新意识,进而提升湾区企业的竞争实力。Corporate culture is the driving force and source of the continuous development of enterprises,and its formation and development are deeply influenced by regional culture.In Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a whole the development under the new situation,the bay area enterprises should absorb guangfu culture essence of culture,through absorbing widely compatible with open,pragmatic government culture deficiency and the spirit of pioneering and innovative qualities to construct the great personality of multivariate inclusive corporate culture,in the gulf of cultivating enterprise culture spirit and innovation consciousness,raise the competitive power of the bay area businesses.
