打造金课背景下跨文化沟通能力培养研究——以商务英语翻译课程为例

摘　　要：文化走出去倡议提出之后,各种跨文化沟通行为与日俱增,对兼具语言、商务等方面知识和技能以及有跨文化沟通能力人才需求进一步增加。高校肩负人才培养的责任,在英语类国家标准出台后,教育部进一步提出本科质量的总体新要求,提出通过金课的打造来切实有效实现人才培养目标的要求。本文以商务英语专业核心课程商务英语翻译课程建设为例,结合对人才和社会需求的分析,从课程设置、教学改革、技能提高等方面进行分析,以期完善以课程建设来提高人才语言能力和跨文化沟通能力的实效性。Cross culture communicative skill is demanding than ever before,and it brings about the urgent need for cultivation of talents with profound knowledge of languages and professional competence.This is the new task for the colleges.To achieve the goal,the latest requirements of cultivating talents issued by the Ministry of Education must be used as principles.The higher education bears responsibilities in training qualified talents to satisfy the needs of building and development of the country.Its function of cultivation to people with qualification is reflected in the design of courses.In English-related majors,especially Business English,it is imperative to use practical courses.One one hand,the course should train the comprehensive skills of language,and on the other,the awareness of culture should be aroused with effective methodology.The threshold of Business English syllabus of the nation asks for the intercultural communicative skill.Thus raising cultural awareness in practical courses like Business English Translation must be taken into consideration.This research focuses on the construction of practical courses of Business English Translation,which is a perfect integration of knowledge of languages as well as the cross-cultural communication.It is found out from the collected questionnaires to the Business English major students that there is gap between the needs of the students with the courses contents.Thus there is a must to make sure that the course may train the students with translation and language skills,and there are feasible ways to arouse the awareness of culture.
