“一带一路”背景下农类高职院校依托产业“走出去”的空间分析与能力建设

摘　　要：“一带一路”背景下中国农业产业深度参与国际合作,为农类高职院校依托产业“走出去”提供了可行性和市场空间。研究结果表明,农类高职院校“走出去”的政策支持有力、市场空间广阔、模式完备成熟;实践中,农类高职院校须牢牢抓住国家推进和扩大农业对外开放的大趋势,充分发挥职业教育“对接市场、链接产业、联合企业”的特色和优势,全面培育“融、蓄、借、维、控”五大能力,才能在“走出去”的过程中行稳致远、进而有为。Based on the analysis of the present situation and prospect of China's agricultural industry's deep participation in international cooperation under the background of"the Belt And Road",this paper studies the feasibility,market space of agricultural higher vocational colleges'"going out"relying on industry.The results show that the policy support of"going out"is strong,the market space is wide and the mode is complete and mature.In practice,agricultural higher vocational colleges only firmly seize the trend of country’s promotion and expansion of agriculture opening to the outside world,give full play to vocational education’s characteristic and advantage of"docking market,link industry,and joint enterprise",comprehensively cultivate the five major capabilities of"docking strategy,accumulating talents,relying on platforms,coordinated guarantee,and preventing and controlling risks",and then move steadily and far reaching and make achievements in the process of"going out".
