摘  要:目的:分析肠炎沙门菌食物中毒患儿病例资料,总结小儿肠炎沙门菌食物中毒临床特征,以提高对肠炎沙门菌食物中毒的认识及诊治水平。方法:采用回顾性分析方法。选择2019年9月20~30日,深圳市儿童医院诊治的90例肠炎沙门菌食物中毒患儿,收集此90例病例资料并进行临床特征分析。结果:90例肠炎沙门菌食物中毒患儿病例中,潜伏期最短为2.5h,最长为32h,平均潜伏期为16h。主要表现为腹泻、发热、腹痛、呕吐及外周血白细胞、超敏CRP升高。大便性状以黄色稀水样便及稀糊样便为主,部分为粘液便或粘液血丝便,部分患儿并发脱水、电解质及酸碱平衡失调,少数患儿并发动力性肠梗阻、小肠套迭等。给予积极抗感染、补液、纠正电解质及酸碱失衡、退热、胃肠减压等对症支持治疗,全部治愈。结论:小儿肠炎沙门菌食物中毒潜伏期短,起病急,进展快,以发热伴消化道症状为主要表现,及时诊断并给予积极治疗,重症病例及严重并发症少,预后良好。Objective:To analyze the clinical data of child patients with food poisoning caused by salmonella enteritis and summarize the clinical characteristics,in order to improve the understanding,diagnosis and treatment of this infection disease.Methods:During 20 to 30 in September 2019,the clinical data of 90 cases of salmonella enteritis food poisoning were collected and analysed retrospectively in Shenzhen Children's Hospital.Results:In 90 cases of children with food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis,the shortest incubation period was 2.5h,the longest was 32h,and the average incubation period was 16h.The main clinical manifestations are diarrhea,fever,abdominal pain,and vomiting.Laboratory examinations are mainly elevated peripheral blood WBC and hypersensitivity CRP.Stool characteristics are mainly yellow watery stools and sparse stools.The others are mucous stools or mucous stool with bloodshot.Some children are complicated by dehydration,electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders,and a few children are complicated by dynamic intestinal obstruction and small intestinal intussusception.After anti-infection,rehydration,correction of electrolyte and acid-base imbalance,antipyretic,gastrointestinal decompression and other symptomatic and supportive treatments,all children were cured.Conclusion:Food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis in children has a short incubation period.It has an acute and progressive disease process with manifestations of fever and gastrointestinal symptoms.Few cases will progress into severe complications if timely diagnosis and treatment were given.
