通络治疗仪在脑梗死患者康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用ABE-II型智能通络治疗仪对脑梗死患者瘫痪肢体功能恢复的作用效果,为脑梗死患者的康复提供新思路。方法将2018年1月6日—2019年1月16日收住神经内科的208例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,对照组(n=100)采用常规的康复训练,观察组(n=108)在常规的康复训练基础上,加用ABE-II型智能智能通络治疗仪进行康复治疗,根据病情进行辨证取穴,并选择相应治疗幅度、治疗深度,治疗时间为每次20 min。以14 d为1个疗程。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗后进行功能评定。结果对照组治疗后Barthel(61.75±27.25)分,观察组治疗后Barthel(72.92±19.13)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.400,P=0.001);对照组治疗后上肢肌力(2.75±1.42)级,观察组治疗后上肢肌力(3.23±1.59)级,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.297,P=0.023);对照组治疗后下肢肌力(2.93±1.19)级,观察组治疗后下肢肌力(3.61±1.27)级,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.974,P=0.001)。结论脑梗死患者应用ABE-II型智能通络治疗仪,可促进肢体功能早日恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力。Objective To observe the curative effect of ABE-II intelligent Tongluo therapeutic apparatus on the function recovery of paralyzed limbs in patients with cerebral infarction,and to provide a new idea for the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 208 patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=108)and a control group(n=100)from January 6,2018 to January16,2019.On the basis of the treatment and nursing of the control group,The ABE-II intelligent Tongluo therapeutic apparatus was used for rehabilitation treatment,and points were selected based on syndrome differentiation according to the condition,and the corresponding treatment range and treatment depth were selected.The treatment time was 20 min each time.One course of treatment was 14 d.The two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Barthel was(61.75±27.25)points in the control group after treatment,and(72.92±19.13)points in the observation group after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.400,P=0.001).The upper extremity muscle strength was(2.75±1.42)in the control group after treatment,and(3.23±1.59)in the observation group after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.297,P=0.023).The muscle strength of lower extremity was(2.93±1.19)in the control group after treatment,and that of lower extremity was(3.61±1.27)in the observation group after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.974,P=0.001).Conclusion Using ABE-II intelligent Tongluo therapeutic apparatus in patients with cerebral infarction can promote early recovery of limb functions and improve patients'ability of daily living activities.
