摘  要:该文以国家自然科学基金项目等教师科研项目为基础,从中提取难度适中、具有探索性且有利于培养学生创新能力的"功能化细菌纤维素的制备、表征与性能研究"作为研究主题,并围绕该主题精心设计了"细菌纤维素的化学改性"等系列探索型实验教学项目,应用于"高分子化学实验"等专业实验课程教学。实践结果表明,以教师科研项目为基础的探索型实验教学项目能够激发学生的专业学习兴趣,提高学生的创新能力和科研能力。Based on the scientific research project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and other teachers’ research projects, this paper extracts "preparation, characterization and performance research of functional bacterial cellulose" which is moderately difficult, exploratory and conducive to cultivating students’ innovation ability. Around this theme, a series of exploratory experimental teaching projects such as "Chemical modification of bacterial cellulose" are carefully designed, which can be used in the teaching of "Polymer chemistry experiment" and other professional experimental courses. The practical results show that the exploratory experimental teaching program based on teachers’ scientific research projects can stimulate students’ interest in professional learning and improve their innovation ability and scientific research ability.
