摘　　要：文章从质量保障、制度保障、体系建设、质量评价机制四个方面探讨了校企合作中职专业课教材建设中存在的主要问题,建议要构建专业课合作开发机制,深化校企合作机制,建立共享机制,完善评价机制,在专业课教材中融入有价值的信息化元素。The article discussed the main problems existing in the vocational specialized textbooks development between school and enterprise from quality assurance,system guarantee,system construction and quality evaluation mechanism.It is recommended that constructing of specialized textbooks development mechanism,deepening cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise,building sharing mechanism,perfecting assessment mechanism and strengthening valuable information merging into specialized textbooks.
