摘　　要：德国职业教育师资培养积累了先进的经验,有突出的特点.结合我国国情,我国"双师型"教师队伍建设得到的启示为:要加强对职业教育的政策支持,不断完善职业教育法律法规;制定切实可行的职业教师资格认定制度;建立和完善职业教师专业化发展机制;注重"双师型"教师实践能力的培养与提高.German vocational education has accumulated advanced experiences in terms of teacher education, which is worth learning for Chinese colleagues. In light of concrete conditions, Chinese vocational educators should improve the policy support and legislatures, set up professional development for teachers, vocational education, and develop the competence of double-qualified teachers.
