摘 要:弱视是在视觉发育可塑性关键期内由于形觉剥夺或双眼异常相互作用造成的单眼或双眼视功能发育障碍。在视觉发育关键期及时干预通常效果明显,然而超过视觉发育关键期的青少年及成年弱视治疗仍存在难点。随着视觉神经生物学发展,眼科和视觉科学工作者尝试通过药物治疗、视知觉学习、体育锻炼重新激活视觉皮层可塑性,为弱视治疗提供了新的思路。本文将对目前相关临床研究做一综述。Amblyopia is defined as a decrease in visual acuity caused by abnormal binocular interaction or visual deprivation during the critical period of visual system.Most of the amblyopic visual loss is reversible if detected and treated at appropriate time.However,there are still difficulties in the treatment of amblyopia beyond early life.Emerging visual neurobiology technologies are now giving us access to reactivate plasticity of the visual cortex,shedding new light on treatments for amblyopia.Here,we explore the recent advancements about pharmacological therapy,visual perceptual learning,and physical exercise to treat amblyopia.
