摘 要:设计性实验是培养大学生创新能力和科学研究素养的有效途径,以“扑热息痛的合成研究”为例,开展药物合成设计性实验教学项目,通过文献调研、原理阐明、路线筛选、药品制备、结构表征等实验环节,运用比较教学法,使学生充分掌握多门学科的理论知识、实验操作技能、前沿技术手段等,培养学生的创新思维、分析问题和解决问题的能力。实践表明,通过设计性实验的开展,学生的创新能力、科研素养和综合能力得到明显提高。The design experiment is an effective way to cultivate college students'innovation ability and scientific research literacy.Taking“the synthesis research of paracetamol”as an example,the design experimental teaching program of drug synthesis was carried out.Through literature review,principle clarification,route selection,drug preparation,structure characterization and other experimental links,and the use of comparative teaching method,the students can fully grasp theoretical knowledge,experimental operation skills,cutting-edge technical means and other key knowledge of multiple disciplines.Furthermore,the students can acquire the development of innovative thinking,problem analysis and problem solving ability.The practice showed that through the participation of design experiments,students'innovation ability,scientific research literacy and comprehensive ability were significantly improved.
