摘　　要：学校德育工作中,少先队活动课是一种重要的载体,融合了知识性、趣味性和创新性,能促使学生在活动体验中获得成长。少先队辅导员要结合实践积极拓展少先队活动课,创新活动方式,不断提升学校德育工作水平和学生思想道德水平。文章结合实践,主要对做好少先队活动设计提升德育工作实效的措施进行探讨。In school moral education,the activity class of young pioneers is an important carrier,which integrates knowledge,interest and innovation,and can promote the growth of students in the activity experience.The young pioneers'counselors should actively expand the activity classes of young pioneers,innovate the ways of activities,and constantly improve the level of moral education in schools and the ideological and moral standards of students.Combined with practice,this paper mainly discusses the measures to improve the effectiveness of moral education through the design of young pioneers'activities.
