高职ESP课程体系建设与实践——以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例

摘　　要：为落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的“专业设置与产业需求对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接”的精神,依据ESP教学理论,以北京交通职业技术学院城市轨道交通运营管理专业ESP课程体系建设为例,构建高职ESP课程体系。阐述专业下的英语教学课程体系建设、互派师资队伍、共享教学资源、融通双向资历等方面内容,分析高职ESP课程体系建设的价值。In order to implement the spirit of“professional setting and industrial demand docking,curriculum content and professional standards docking,teaching process and production process docking”proposed in the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”,based on the ESP teaching theory,taking the construction of ESP curriculum system of urban rail transit operation management major in Beijing Jiaotong Vocational Technical College as an example,the ESP curriculum system of higher vocational education is constructed.This paper expounds the construction of English teaching curriculum system,the exchange of teaching staff,the sharing of teaching resources and the integration of two-way qualifications,and analyzes the value of ESP curriculum system construction in higher vocational colleges.
