摘 要:目的:探究反刍思维在完美主义与学业拖延中的中介作用。方法:本研究使用中文版Frost多维度完美主义量表(FMPS)、反刍思维量表(RRS)和学业拖延量表(PASS)对568名大学生进行测查。结果:①积极完美主义与反刍思维(r=-0.13,P<0.01)、学业拖延(r=-0.17,P<0.001)存在负相关,消极完美主义与反刍思维(r=0.51,P<0.001)、学业拖延(r=0.22,P<0.001)存在正相关,反刍思维与学业拖延存在显著正相关(r=0.40,P<0.001);②反刍思维在消极完美主义与学业拖延间起完全中介作用,中介效应占45.48%,在积极完美主义和学业拖延间起部分中介作用,中介效应占29.01%。结论:完美主义和反刍思维是影响学业拖延的重要因素。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of rumination in the relationship between perfectionism and academic procrastination.Methods:A total of 568undergraduates were assessed with the Chinese version of Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(FMPS),Ruminative Response Scale(RRS)and Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students(PASS).Results:①Positive perfectionism was negatively correlated with rumination(r=-0.13,P<0.01)and academic procrastination(r=-0.17,P<0.001).Negative perfectionism was positively correlated with rumination(r=0.51,P<0.001)and academic procrastination(r=0.22,P<0.001).Rumination was positively correlated with academic procrastination(r=0.40,P<0.001);②Rumination was a complete mediator between negative perfectionism and academic procrastination,and the mediating effect value was 45.48%,rumination was a mediator between positive perfectionism and academic procrastination partly,and the mediating effect value was 29.01%.Conclusion:Perfectionism and rumination are important factors affecting academic procrastination.
