摘  要:目的探讨电影评析在精神科护理学教学中的应用,并评价和反馈其教学效果。方法选取48名2015级护理本科生,采用电影评析开展精神科护理学的教学,通过电影评析的成绩、期末闭卷考成绩以及学生对电影评析的反馈和评价结果进行深入分析。结果学生的电影评析成绩(86.01±2.73)分与期末闭卷考成绩(78.48±9.43)分呈正相关(r=0.29,P=0.046)。97.9%的学生认为在精神科护理学教学中有必要开展电影评析;39.6%的学生愿意在学习某种精神疾病后选择相关的电影;54.2%的学生认为最好在学习每章精神疾病后1周分批进行电影评析;87.5%的学生愿意合作完成电影评析的作业。81.3%的学生对自己在影评分析时的表现感到满意,87.5%的学生对团队其他成员在影评分析时的表现感到满意。按照学生对电影评析考核评价要素的掌握程度,由高到低依次为:症状分析(3.43±0.64)分、电影选择(3.38±0.36)分、团队合作(3.10±0.73)分、作业及汇报(2.64±1.04)分。结论开展电影评析有利于培养护理本科生的综合分析能力和团队协作精神,激发学习兴趣,提高学习满意度。设计电影评析时,电影主题和内容的选择、完成时间和人员分工、考核评价方式等应更加人性化,给予学生更多自由选择的空间,以满足不同学生的学习需求。Objective To explore the application of film evaluation in psychiatric nursing teaching and evaluate the teaching effect.Methods Forty-eight nursing undergraduate students of grade 2015 were taught psychiatric nursing through film evaluation.The scores of film evaluation,final exam and students'feedback results of film evaluation were further analyzed.Results Students'film evaluation scores(86.01±2.73)were positively correlated with their final exam scores(78.48±9.43)(r=0.29,P=0.046).97.9%of the students thought it was necessary to carry out film evaluation in psychiatric nursing teaching.39.6%of them were willing to choose movies after learning about some kind of mental illness.54.2%of them thought it was best to conduct film reviews one week after each chapter of mental illness.87.5%of them were willing to cooperate to complete the film evaluation homework.81.3%of them were satisfied with their own performance,and 87.5%of them were satisfied with the performance of other team members in the film evaluation.According to the students'mastery of the evaluation factors of film evaluation,the scores from high to low were symptom analysis(3.43±0.64),film selection(3.38±0.36),team cooperation(3.10±0.73)and homework&report(2.64±1.04).Conclusion Film evaluation helps to foster comprehensive analysis ability and teamwork spirit of nursing undergraduates,stimulate learning interest and improve learning satisfaction.When designing film evaluation,the selection of film theme and content,the completion time,the division of labor,the examination and evaluation method should be more humanized,giving students more freedom to choose,so as to meet the learning needs of different students.
