摘　　要：临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育是以培养具有从事临床实践能力的复合型高层次人才为目标的,他们的心理状态将直接影响到他们的培训质量。基于医教协同并轨制的培养模式,分析专业硕士产生心理压力的因素并提出相应的干预策略。切实做好专业硕士的思想教育工作,保障他们的身心健康,也为其他住院医师培训基地规范化提供了管理思路。The goal of clinical medicine master's degree is to cultivate compound high-level talents with clinical practice abilities.Their psychological state will directly affect their training quality.Based on the training mode of medical and educational cooperation system,this paper analyzes the factors causing psychological pressure and puts forward corresponding intervention strategies.We should do a good job in the ideological education of professional masters,ensure their physical and mental health,and provide management ideas for other standardized training bases for the residents.
