摘 要:针对某LED打标移送控制出现移动丢步、漏打和打标质量差等问题,为了实现进给控制的高响应、高精度和高稳定性的要求,提出了一种基于视觉引导的粗微进给控制方法。设计了一种采用步进电动机+滚珠丝杠(粗进给)+压电驱动(微进给)的复合结构控制系统,并构建了直线精密进给移送控制系统,解决了既要大位移的进给控制,又得保证打标的精确定位要求;采用视觉引导和图像处理技术相结合的前馈控制系统,完成了对支架图像参数匹配和实时位置检测,实现了50 mm范围内的定位精确达3.468×10^2μm。样机测试结果表明,LED晶片打标移送重复定位精度高,打标质量稳定,打标良品率达到99.3%的效果,具有很强的实用前景。Aiming at some led marking transfer control problems,such as moving out of step,missing marking and poor marking quality,a coarse and micro feed control method based on visual guidance is proposed to achieve the requirements of high response,high precision and high stability of feed control.A kind of compound structure control system with stepper motor,ball screw(coarse feed)and piezoelectric drive(micro feed)is designed,and the linear precision feed transfer control system is constructed to meet the requirements of large displacement feed control and precise positioning;the feed-forward control system combining visual guidance and image processing technology is used to complete the support drawing image parameter matching and real-time position detection can achieve the positioning accuracy of 3.468×10^2μm in the range of 50 mm.The test results of the prototype show that the LED chip has high positioning accuracy,stable marking quality and 99.3%of the marking yield,which has a strong practicability.
