摘  要:在“一带一路”建设持续深入发展和中国改革开放全面深化的背景下,中国企业实施“走出去”战略,以“深化“一带一路””国际合作。我校石油石化专业在国内高职院校中处于领先地位,学校积极为“走出去”中国企业服务,制定出了符合企业实际需求的培养模式和人才培养方案。阐述了我校对即将开始的非洲本土化员工进行培训的做法与对策。In the continued and in-depth development of"Belt and Road"and the overall deepening of Reform and Opening-up,Chinese companies implement"Going Global"strategy to deepen"Belt and Road"through international cooperation.As a leader in petroleum and petrochemical specialty in Chinese higher vocational colleges,Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic actively supports Chinese enterprises in carrying out the"Going Global"strategy and continuously promotes"Belt and Road"international cooperation.Opportunity and challenge co-exist,so Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic accepts large-scale African staff for training,there will certainly be kinds of problems that we need to face with clear anticipation to avoid harm or minimize harm.
