摘　　要：顶岗实习的运行管理是高职院校教学管理的组成部分,是实现顶岗实习教学目标的重要保证。以兰州石化职业技术学院为例,调研分析了中西部高职院校在顶岗实习运行管理中的突出问题,创新并实践了顶岗实习管理模式。The operation management of in-post practice is an integral part of teaching management in higher vocational colleges and an important guarantee to realize the teaching goal of in-post practice.Taking Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the prominent problems in the operation and management of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges in central and western China,and innovates and practices the management mode of in-post internship.
