摘　　要：目的探讨影响脑小血管疾病(CSVD)患者认知水平的危险因素。方法前瞻性纳入2018年7月至2019年6月就诊于神经内三科的190例CSVD患者,根据蒙特利尔认知评估量表将患者分为认知功能正常组与认知功能障碍组。采用多因素logistic回归分析影响脑小血管疾病患者认知水平的危险因素。结果两组年龄、受教育年限和血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受教育年限较短和血浆HO-1水平较低是影响脑小血管疾病患者认知水平的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论CSVD患者认知功能与受教育年限和血浆HO-1水平有关,接受教育时间越短或者血浆HO-1水平越低,则越有可能存在较差的认知功能。Objective To explore the risk factors that affect the cognitive level of patients in cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods Prospectively enrolled 190 patients with CSVD who were in the Department of Neurology from July 2018 to June 2019.According to the Montreal cognitive assessment scale,patients were divided into normal cognitive function group and cognitive dysfunction group.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the cognitive level of patients with cerebral small vessel disease.Results There were statistical differences in age,years of education and hemeoxygenase 1(HO-1)levels between the two groups(P<0.05).Short years of education and low plasma HO-1 level were independent risk factors that affect the cognitive level of patients with cerebral small vessel disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive function of patients with CSVD is related to years of education and plasma HO-1 level.The shorter education time or the lower plasma HO-1 level,and the more likely there is poor cognitive function.
