摘  要:以数字化工厂平台的软、硬件构建为基础,针对产品制造过程中加工单元、仓储物流系统和车间信息化管控系统的分布式协同与优化。提出基于分布式并行协同的智能数字化工厂架构;给出基于分布式并行协同的工作流程和5种匹配模式;给出以尽量减少总生产和运输成本为目标的优化模型;提出基于上述3个维度的数字化工厂的智能制造过程是一个基于分布式多加工单元、多任务、多时间跨度、多智力资源环境的整体的三维并行协同过程。最后,对沈阳工学院数字化工厂进行了架构构建,通过给出的层次结构模型、组件和搭建的硬件网络,证明了所搭建的分布式协同系统是有效的和可行的。Based on the software and hardware construction of the digital factory platform, aiming at distributed coordination and optimization of processing units, warehousing logistics systems and workshop information management and control systems in the product manufacturing process, an intelligent digital factory architecture is proposed based on distributed parallel collaboration. A workflow based on distributed parallel collaboration and five matching modes are given;an optimization model aimed at minimizing total production and transportation costs is given. The intelligent manufacturing process of the digital factory proposed based on the above three dimensions is an overall three-dimensional parallel collaborative process based on a distributed multi-processing unit, multi-task, multi-time span, and multi-intelligence resource environment. Finally, the architecture of the digital factory of Shenyang Institute of Technology is constructed. Through the given hierarchical structure model, components and the built hardware network, it proves that the built distributed collaborative system is effective and feasible.
