乡村振兴语境下农业职教服务“三农”路径探索

摘　　要：发展农业职业教育对乡村振兴具有重要意义。指出了农业职业教育存在的问题:农业职业院校办学方向不正,定位不准确,农村职业教育思想观念落后,教育培训经费投入不足,师资力量薄弱。提出了发展和完善农业职业教育的措施:应特色再造,牢固树立为乡村振兴战略服务的职业教育思想,调整专业,全面增强农业职业技术教育的人才培养功能,精准帮扶,积极主动为扶贫攻坚提供多种形式的职业教育供给,发挥优势,积极承担面向农民、农村的大教育任务。The development of agriculture vocational education has important significance on rural revitalization.We point out the problems of agricultural vocational education,such as the incorrect orientation in running the agricultural vocational college,the incorrect orientation,the backward ideology of rural agricultural vocational education,insufficient education training expenditure investment and the weakness of faculty.We propose the countermeasures of developing and perfecting agricultural vocational education,including characteristically reengineering and firmly establishing the vocational education ideology of rural revitalization,adjusting majors,comprehensively strengthening the talent training function of agricultural vocational education,assisting accurately,actively providing various forms of vocational education for poverty alleviation,fully playing advantages,and actively undertaking the major education tasks for farmers and rural areas.
