摘  要:随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,推广大跨度铁路简支箱梁既能扩大简支梁的适用范围,也可取得更好的经济性。UHPC材料具有超高强度、超高韧性和超长耐久性等优异特性,采用UHPC材料建造大跨度铁路简支梁可以实现桥梁轻型化并减小下部结构费用。通过对跨度56 m UHPC薄壁简支箱梁设计分析,结果表明:(1)56 m UHPC薄壁简支箱梁比同等跨度普通混凝土简支箱梁可减轻梁重35%;(2)薄壁箱梁所采用UHPC材料工作性能需满足自密实混凝土工艺要求;(3)56 m UHPC简支箱梁剪力滞效应不明显,结构稳定性和车桥耦合分析结果均能满足规范要求。UHPC材料对于增加高速铁路简支梁跨度具备优势,可作为今后高速铁路简支梁发展方向,该材料在桥梁领域具有广阔的应用前景。With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country,the promotion of long-span simply supported box beam can not only expand the scope of application of simply supported beam,but also achieve better economy.UHPC material has excellent characteristics of ultra-high strength,ultra-high toughness and ultra-long durability.The use of UHPC material to construct large-span railway simply supported beams can realize the lightweight of bridges and reduce the cost of substructure.The results of the design and analysis of 56 m UHPC thin-wall simply supported box beam show that:(1)the weight of 56 m UHPC thin-wall simply supported box beam can be reduced by 35%compared with the same span ordinary concrete simply supported box beam;(2)The working performances of UHPC materials used for thin-wall box beam meet the requirements of self-compacting concrete process;(3)The shear lag effect of 56 mUHPC simply supported box beam is not obvious,and the analysis results of structural stability and vehicle-bridge coupling meet the requirements of the code.UHPC material has the advantages in increasing the span of simply supported beam of high-speed railway,and may dominate the development of simple supported beam of high-speed railway in the future.UHPC material has broad application prospects in bridge field.
