摘 要:在“一带一路”倡议的背景下,我国和“一带一路”沿线国家的教育合作行动越来越密切。“一带一路”沿线国家课外辅导教育合作具有必要性和可行性,具有补偿主流学校教育不足、均衡沿线国家教育资源、沟通沿线国家文化民心等价值,但也存在课外辅导教育的认知偏差问题、对教育平等的冲击、应试导向等问题。解决这些问题,有四方面的资源可以利用:政府协议推动教育培训、社会机构参与教育培训、教育培训内涵的丰富化、发挥互联网优势加强交流。Under the context of the Belt and Road Initiative advocated by Xi Jinping,China and the countries along the Belt and Road have more and more educational cooperations and exchanges.Then the necessity and feasibility of supplementary education and cooperation between such countries are discussed.This education is able to supplement the main education modes,balance education resources,and communicate between different cultures.At the same time,some problems in this regard are also found,for example,insufficient knowledge about supplementary education,challenges posed on educational equality,and examination orientation.To address such problems,this paper suggests four ways,governmental help to promote educational training,social organizations participation in education training,enrichment of education training contents and improving exchanges by making use of the Internet.
