城镇医疗保险对农民工营养摄入结构的影响

摘　　要：本文利用“城镇外来务工人员就业和食品需求”调查数据,实证分析了城镇医疗保险对农民工营养摄入结构的影响。研究发现:在控制了农民工的收入和劳动强度等因素后,与未参加城镇医疗保险的农民工相比,参加城镇医疗保险的农民工的热量摄入量增加了7.3%。从营养摄入结构看①,城镇医疗保险显著增加了农民工脂肪、蛋白质的摄入量,分别增加了16.0%和9.7%,而对农民工碳水化合物的摄入量无显著影响,内生性与稳健性检验支持这一结论。异质性分析表明,不同户籍的农民工,城镇医疗保险对其热量摄入的增加效应存在显著差异,非本省农民工参加城镇医疗保险对其热量摄入的增加效应,明显小于本省农民工参加城镇医疗保险;而不同行业的农民工,城镇医疗保险对其热量摄入的增加效应并无显著差异。Based on the data of“employment and food demand of urban migrant workers”,this paper empirically tests the impact of urban health insurance on the nutritional intake structure of migrant workers.The results show that After controlling for factors such as migrant workers’income and labor intensity,compared with migrant workers not participating in urban health insurance,the caloric intake of workers participating in urban health insurance increased by 7.3 percent.From the perspective of nutritional intake structure,the intake of fat and protein of migrant workers who have attended the urban health insurance rises by 16.0 percent and 9.7 percent respectively.Their carbohydrate intake,is not significantly affected,endogenous and robust tests support this conclusion.Heterogeneity analysis shows that there is significant difference in the effect of urban medical insurance on calorie intake of migrant workers of different household registrations.The effect of migrant workers across provinces participating in urban medical insurance on their calorie intake is significant less than that of migrant workers within the province participating in urban medical insurance.In addition,there is no significant difference in the effect of urban medical insurance on calorie intake of migrant workers of different industries.
