新建本科高校开展本科职业教育必要性及路径探析

摘　　要：高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。当前本科职业教育"断头路"问题,已成为制约我国高等职业教育发展的重要瓶颈。结合我国高等职业教育发展现状,详细分析了新建本科高校开展本科职业教育的必要性,并从进一步明确自身办学类型与服务领域定位、构建应用技术人才培养体系、突出应用技术研发与服务、加强职业教育师资培养等方面提出了新建本科高校开展本科职业教育的具体路径。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. At present, the "dead end" of undergraduate vocational education has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of higher vocational education in China. Combining with the current situation of the development of higher vocational education in China, this paper analyzes in detail the necessity of developing undergraduate vocational education in newly established undergraduate colleges and universities, and puts forward the specific path from the aspects of further defining the type of university and the orientation of service field, constructing the training system of applied technical talents, highlighting the research and development of applied technology and service, and strengthening the training of teaching staff for higher vocational education.
