摘　　要：乡愁书写,素来是海外华文文学创作的传统主题,泰华潮人散文也不例外。在散文创作中,泰国潮汕籍华文作家主要从食与情、美食记忆与现实矛盾等方面抒发思乡之情。同时,通过探讨该类作品中潮汕美食的书写策略,能够为我们理解文本背后所蕴含的身份认同意识提供了一条新路径。Nostalgia writing has always been the traditional theme of overseas Chinese literary creation,including the Thai-Chinese prose.The writer expresses his deep love for his hometown through depicting the local delicacies in his works.This paper attempts to explore the inner relationship between local customs,folk customs and literary creation with the help of Chaoshan food,concluding that the artistic imagination of the relationship between"people"and"things"is still a classic theme in literary creation.
