摘  要:目的研究辐照应用于石韦鲜药保鲜的可行性。方法采用0,3,6,9,12kGy剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照处理鲜石韦后,不同保藏条件下分析不同辐照条件对石韦原料保鲜和抑菌活性的影响。结果与空白相比,辐照处理可有效杀灭石韦上的微生物,并确定石韦的最佳辐照剂量为9kGy、常温条件下保藏1~30d石韦抑菌活性稳定。结论辐照技术有利于石韦鲜药的运输且不产生霉变,对石韦鲜药资源利用率的提升和广泛应用奠定了基础。Objective To study the feasibility of gamma-ray irradiation on the preservation of fresh herb of Pyrrosia petiolosa.Methods Fresh Pyrrosia petiolosa irradiated with 60Co-γradiation at doses of 0,3,6,9,12 kGy,and analyzed the effects of different irradiation conditions on the preservation and antibacterial activity of Pyrrosia petiolosa fresh materials under different preservation conditions.Results Compared with the blank,the irradiation technology can effectively kill microorganisms on Pyrrosia petiolosa,and the optimal irradiation dose of Pyrrosia petiolosa is 9 kGy,and the antibacterial activity of Pyrrosia petiolosa preserved at normal temperature for 1 to 30 days is stable.Conclusion The 60Co-γ-ray irradiation technology is beneficial to the transportation of fresh materials of Pyrrosia petiolosa and does not generate mildew,thus laying a foundation for improving the utilization rate of Pyrrosia petiolosa resources and wide application.
