摘  要:液驱混合动力车辆因制动能量回收效率高而广受关注。针对提出的一种四轮独立液驱混合动力车辆技术方案,设计了半实物仿真模拟试验台架。对试验台架的液压系统、机械系统和测控系统的设计方案进行了详细介绍。最后对液压蓄能器充能过程与释能驱动过程进行了试验和分析,验证了试验台架的功能以及测控系统的可靠性。试验结果表明:液压蓄能器充能和放能的能量转换效率为88%左右,为四轮独立液驱混合动力车辆试验研究提供了可靠的试验平台。Hydraulic hybrid vehicles have attracted much attention due to their high braking energy recovery efficiency.Focus onthe proposed hydraulic hybrid vehicle with four independent motors structural scheme,a semi-physical simulation test bench is designed in this paper.The test bench included hydraulic system,mechanical system and measurement and control system is introduced in detail.The charging process and driving process of the hydraulic accumulator are tested and analyzed in the end.The function of the test bench and the reliability of the measurement and control system are verified.The test results show that the charging and discharging energy conversion efficiency of the hydraulic accumulator are about 88%.This provides a reliable test platform for the experimental study of the proposed hydraulic hybrid vehicle with four independent motors.
