摘　　要：大型仪器装备是加速推进高校“双一流”建设的战略保障资源,公共技术平台是公共支撑大型仪器资源精准投放的载体,一流的实验技术人才队伍建设是大型仪器平台开展科学研究、人才培养与社会服务的前提。建设结构合理、忠于职守、爱岗敬业、业务精湛、追求卓越的专业化实验技术队伍是实现高水平人才培养以及实现一流大学建设目标的重要前提和保障。面对新形势新要求,结合对高校大型仪器平台人才队伍建设的思考,从聘任、使用、培养、考评、晋升和奖励等方面提出对策,打造一流且稳定的实验技术队伍,构建务实高效的管理机制体制。Large-scale equipment is the strategic support resource for accelerating the“Double First-Class”construction of universities,and the public experimental technical platform is the carrier for the accurate delivery of large-scale equipment resource.The first-class experimental technical team construction is the premise of large-scale equipment platform for scientific research,personnel training and social service.Building a professional experimental technical team with reasonable structure,loyalty to duty,dedication to work,exquisite business and pursuit of excellence is important prerequisite and guarantee for achieving high-level personnel training and first-class university construction.Facing to the requirements in new situation,it is necessary to build a pragmatic and efficient management system based on the thinking of the talent team construction for large-scale equipment platform in university.Countermeasures are provided about the employment,use,training,evaluation,promotion and reward to create a first-class and stable experimental technical team.
