摘　　要：探索大学生创新创业教育下生物开放实验室管理模式,促进大创项目高质量完成,为全面培养创新型人才提供支撑,基于大创项目实施的高校生物实验室开放管理模式研究内容主要包括保障机制、运行机制、反馈机制三个层面,结合大创项目实施需求建立一套完善的实验室开放管理运行模式,使之更加高效运行,充分协助大创项目顺利开展,保质保量完成创新人才培养的目的。Explore the management mode of biology open laboratory under university students innovation and entrepreneurship education will promote quality of the college students innovation and entrepreneurship projects and provide support for the comprehensive training of innovative talents.The research on the open management mode of university biology laboratory based on the implementation of the college students innovation and entrepreneurship projects mainly includes three aspects:guarantee mechanism,operation mechanism and feedback mechanism.Combining with the implementation requirements of the college students innovation and entrepreneurship projects,a set of perfect open management operation mode of laboratory is established to make it operate more efficiently and smoothly for achieving the goal of cultivating innovative talents.
