摘 要:为了实现铁磁性材料的应力检测,设计了一种基于巴克豪森(MBN)的便携式应力检测装置。该装置是以DSP微控制器为控制核心,采用巴克豪森效应检测原理,通过分析巴克豪森噪声产生的原理,建立巴克豪森噪声与铁磁性材料应力之间的关系,通过分析噪声信号来计算得到铁磁性材料的应力值。实际测试结果表明,巴克豪森信号随着应力的增大而逐渐减小,通过压力标定机对系统进行标定后,将系统测得应力值与标准应力进行对比,得出系统具有较高的测量精度,相对误差不超过5%,系统具有无损检测铁磁性检测应力的优势。In order to realize the stress detection of ferromagnetic materials,a portable stress detection device based on barkhausen(MBN)was designed.This device took DSP microcontroller as the control core,adopted the principle of barkhausen effect detection,established the relationship between barkhausen noise and the stress of ferromagnetic material by analyzing the principle of barkhausen noise,and calculating the stress value of ferromagnetic material by analyzing the noise signal.Actual test results show that barkhausen signal decreases with the increase of stress.After the system is calibrated by the pressure calibration machine,the stress measured by the system is compared with the standard stress,it is concluded that the system has a high measuring precision with an error of less than 5%,and the system has the advantage of nondestructive testing of ferromagnetic testing of stress.
