摘 要:破坏性创新本质是对市场规则、组织模式、消费者期望和偏好等原有市场特征的破坏与更迭。区块链技术即带有破坏性创新的性质,因而是一个适用范围广泛的突破性技术。白酒产业作为传统产业,本身存在旧技术无法解决的发展困境,而区块链技术所带来的破坏性正好可以帮助消费者揭开白酒行业从生产到销售各环节笼罩的层层迷雾。同时,本文认为在白酒行业发展区块链技术,不应仅仅是作为企业个体的商业行为,更多的行业组织、产业联盟应该以发展行业公共物品的角度来进行推动。The essence of disruptive innovation is to destroy and replace the original market characteristics such as market rules,organizational models,and consumer expectations and preferences.Blockchain technology embodies the essence of disruptive innovation,so it is a breakthrough technology with a wide range of applications.As a traditional industry,Baijiu industry has its own development dilemma that old technology cannot solve,while the destructiveness brought by the blockchain technology can help to uncover the fog that shrouded Baijiu industry from production to sales.At the same time,we believe that the development of blockchain technology in Baijiu industry should not only be a business behavior of individual enterprises,but also be promoted by industrial organizations and alliances from the perspective of developing public goods in the industry.
