摘　　要：PVC树脂性价比高,综合性能好,但生产加工时需要设计复杂的配方体系,利用转矩流变仪测试硬质PVC(UPVC)干混料流变性能的实验是配方设计和模拟生产加工过程的重要手段。实验时首先进行合理配方设计,然后将各组分按一定工艺共混制备成干混料,再进行流变测试。在实验教学设计中,着重建立UPVC干混料流变曲线与挤出工艺的关系、与塑化程度的关系,提出UPVC干混料由压缩、塑化、降解、交联、分解和碳化的全流变曲线,旨在使学生对PVC树脂特性、配方设计和生产加工过程有全面的了解。PVC resin needs a complicated formula when processing,though it has a high performance-price ratio and a fine comprehensive property.Rheological property of UPVC dry blend measured by a torque rheometer is an important means to simulate processing and formula design of PVC resin.Reasonable formula was first designed during experiment,and all ingredients of the formula were then mixed together to prepare UPVC dry blend according certain technics and finally measurement of rheological property was carried out.In the experimental teaching designing,the relationships between rheological curves of UPVC dry blend and extrusion process,and the degree of plasticization emphatically established.The total rheological curves of UPVC dry blend were proposed during compression,plasticization,degradation,crosslinking,decomposition and carbonization to ensure students understanding characteristics,formula design and processing of PVC resin entirely.
