摘　　要：《重大传染病疫情防控护理伦理专家共识》正文共五个部分,即总则、疫情防控护士的责任和权利、维持和谐护患关系、疫情下的医护同事关系以及护士与社会的关系,共十条细则内容,具有一定的科学性、权威性和实用性,可指导在重大传染病疫情下护士与患者、医生、护理同道之间准确的伦理关系及原则的具体实践,并向政府部门及社会公众、新闻媒体提供更好的健康促进及和谐护患关系的伦理建议和参考。运用阐释性解读法,对《共识》的制定背景和过程逐一介绍,并对《共识》中细则的内容和观点逐一解读,以便广大医护工作者、患者、社会公众及新闻媒体更好地理解和认识《共识》,指导其在工作中进行护理伦理和道德规范的应用与临床实践,更好地助力疫情防控。通过全面、详细的解读,为在重大传染病疫情下,护士对患者、医生、护理同道及社会公众等多角色护理工作中所涉及的伦理与道德规范提供指导,并提出相应的伦理反思与展望。The body of Consensus of Experts on Nursing Ethics in Epidemic Prevention and Control of Major Infectious Diseases consists of five parts,which including general principles,the obligation and right of nurse in epidemic prevention and control,maintaining a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,and mantaining the relationship between nurses and doctors,the relationship between nurses and society.under the epidemic This consensus has ten detailed contents,which is authoritative,scientific,practical,and can guide the accurate ethical relation and principle among nurses,patients,doctors,and colleagues in the case of major infectious diseases.And it can also provide ethical suggests and references for government departments and public news media to better promote health and harmonious nurse-patient relationship.This paper illustrates the establishment,the revision background and process of the Consensus by using the interpretive interpretation method,and interpreted contents and viewpoints of detailed rules,which can help the medical staffs,patients,the public and news media,better understand the consensus guide the application and clinical practice of nursing ethics and moral rule in their work,and benefit the epidemic prevention and control.Through this comprehensive and detailed interpretation,this paper provides guidance for the ethics and morals in nursing work among patients,doctors,colleagues and public under the major infectious diseases,and puts forward corresponding ethical reflection and expectation.
