摘　　要：以生命伦理学体系为切入,结合其理论核心问题,联系教学实际和现实背景,对中医养生学课程内容中生命伦理学的理论进行梳理和总结,从生命观、寿命观、死亡观等角度探讨传统中医理论中生命伦理学思想的体现。旨在从中医养生与治未病学课程教学实践出发,立足疫情下课程思政教学内容的引入和设计,围绕生命为中心的递进性教学思维构建,从教学导入、教学过程、教学评价三个方面探讨如何结合生命伦理学丰富中医养生及相关课程教学,体现思政教学改革。同时立足中医特色,以中医生命观为引入,发掘传统医学生命伦理内容特色,在其体系中进一步丰富医学特别是生命伦理学内容,为抗击疫情的实践提供建议意见,为后续开展专业教学,探讨疫情等突发性公共卫生事件情境下不同人群伦理差异问题提供参考。Taking the bioethics system as the cut-in,combined with its theoretical core issues,based on the teaching practice and realistic background,this study combed and summarized the bioethics theory in the content of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation course,and discussed the embodiment of bioethics in traditional Chinese medicine theory from the perspectives of life outlook,life expectancy view and death view,etc.Start from the introduction and design of ideological and political teaching content under the epidemic,this study aimed to explore how to enrich the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and related courses combined with bioethics from three aspects of teaching introduction,teaching process and teaching evaluation,based on the introduction and design of ideological and political teaching content in the course of epidemic situation.At the same time,this study was based on the characteristics of Chinese medicine,introduced the concept of life of Chinese doctors,explored the characteristics of traditional medical bioethics,and further enriched the content of medicine in its system,especially bioethics,so as to provide suggestions for the practice of fighting against the epidemic situation,and provide reference for the follow-up professional teaching and discussion of ethical differences among different populations in the context of sudden public health events such as epidemic situation.
