摘 要:为确定适用于粤北地区高温多雨条件下的高速公路沥青路面各结构层沥青混凝土的类型,通过试验研究,系统分析了多碎石沥青混凝土(Stone Asphalt Concrete,SAC)和改进型沥青混凝土(Graded Asphalt Concrete,GAC)的路用性能,包括马歇尔稳定度、水稳定性、低温抗裂性、高温稳定度、抗渗水性和抗滑性。研究表明:GAC-16C,GAC-20C,SAC-16和SAC-20的粗集料比(Coarse Aggregate Ratio,CA Ratio)均在0.4~1.0之间,可以达到既不离析,又易压实的效果;GAC-16C和SAC-16的抗渗水性、抗滑性和高温稳定性相当,前者低温抗裂性和水稳定性较优;GAC-20C的低温抗裂性和水稳定性略优于SAC-20,但SAC-20的高温稳定性较好;GAC-16C更适用于高温多雨地区沥青路面表面层,SAC-20则更适用于同类区域沥青路面中面层。In order to determine the types of asphalt mixture for each structural layer of expressway asphalt pavement under high temperature and rainy conditions in north of Guangdong,the road performance of Stone Asphalt Concrete(SAC)and Graded Asphalt Concrete(GAC)including Marshall stability,water stability,crack resistance at low temperature,stability at high temperature,water seepage resistance and skid resistance were systematically analyzed through experimental research.The results showed that:the Coarse Aggregate(CA)Ratios of the four asphalt mixtures were all between 0.4 and 1.0,and the asphalt mixtures would be easy to compact without segregation;GAC-16C and SAC-16 had similar water seepage resistance,sliding resistance and high temperature stability,while the former was superior in low temperature crack resistance and water stability;the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of GAC-20C were slightly better than SAC-20,but the high temperature stability of SAC-20 was much better;GAC-16C and SAC-20 were suitable for surface layer and middle layer in high temperature and rainy areas respectively.
