摘  要:目的探索学员问题主导的PBL教学法在军队职业教育中的教学效果。方法观察组:分析2018年度及2019年度两届共37名学员在外科急腹症的教学中实施PBL教学法的情况,对照组:分析2016年度及2017年度两届41名学员实施传统教学法的情况。比较两组的考核成绩,同时,对观察组学员的年度教改进行问卷调查,评价教学效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组学员的理论知识和临床分析考核成绩均有明显提高(P<0.05);通过调查问卷显示该教学法有助于激发学员的学习主动性、课堂活跃度得到了极大提高(P<0.05),同时提高学员的临床技能、提升解决突发情况的能力、加强团队协作精神。结论学员问题主导的PBL教学法与传统教学法相比,有助于提高长远航医学培训班学员的临床教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method based on students'problem in military vocational education.Methods Observation group:analyzed the implementation of PBL teaching method in surgical acute abdomen teaching for 37 students in 2018 and 2019,control group:analyzed the implementation of traditional teaching method for 41 students in 2016 and 2017;the results of these two groups were compared,and the annual teaching reform of the observation group was investigated and the teaching effect was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical knowledge and clinical analysis of the participants in the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05).The questionnaire showed that the teaching method was helpful to stimulate the students'learning initiative,improve the classroom activity(P<0.05),improve the clinical skills of the students,enhance the ability to solve emergencies and strengthen the team spirit.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the PBL teaching method led by students'problems is helpful to improve the teaching effect of clinical courses in the training class of long time and far distance voyage medicine.
