摘 要:目的结合传染病学教学实际,探讨SPOC教学方法在传染病学研究生教学中的实践和应用。方法选取广西医科大学632名研究生作为研究对象,采用了SPOC教学法,课程结束后,对学生发放调查问卷对教学效果进行分析考评。结果SPOC课程充分利用了研究生科研临床之余的零碎时间,促进了教学效果,提高了学生的教学评价。结论SPOC教学法应用于医学院校研究生,能够提高教学效果和教学质量,有广阔的应用前景,若能继续完善不足,有望对其它医学类研究生教学课程提供借鉴。Objective Combined with the teaching practice of infectious diseases,this paper discussed the practice and application of SPOC teaching method in teaching graduate students of infectious diseases.Methods 632 graduate students from Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects,and SPOC teaching method was adopted.After the course,questionnaires were issued to students to analyze and evaluate the teaching effect.Results SPOC courses made full use of the spare time after graduate students'clinical research,promoted the teaching effect and improved students'teaching evaluation.Conclusion The application of SPOC teaching method to medical school graduate students can improve the teaching effect and quality,has a broad application prospect,if can continue to improve the shortcomings,is expected to provide reference for other medical graduate teaching courses.
