摘 要:目的PBL联合CBL教学法在急诊全科医师规范化培训中的作用和效果。方法选择2017年12月-2018年12月期间于我院急诊科轮转的全科医师100名为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组50名采用PBL联合CBL教学模式,对照组50名采用传统LBL教学模式。轮转结束后对两组学员的教学满意度和教学效果等进行对比。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩、案例分析成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总体教学满意度及教学效果观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法可有效提高学员的理论水平、操作能力、案例分析能力,达到更好的教学效果。Objective To explore the role and effect of PBL combined with CBL in the standardized training of general practitioners.Methods 100 general practitioners rotating in the emergency department of our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.50 in the observation group were taught by PBL combined with CBL,and 50 in the control group were taught by traditional LBL.After the rotation,the teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical,operational and case analysis scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve students'theoretical level,operational ability and case analysis ability,and achieve better teaching effect.
