摘 要:目的分析基于问题的启发式教学方法在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法在我院科室中选取2017年4月-2019年4月共80例我院肝病内科的实习护士设定为本研究样本,以计算机随机分组法对半分组,即对照组和实验组。对照组实习护士采用常规带教方式,实验组实习护士采用基于问题的启发式教学方法。比较两组实习护士的考核成绩和实习护士对带教方式的满意度以及80例患者对两组实习护士的满意度。分析教学要点及其结果。结果实验组实习护士的考核成绩高于对照组实习护士,P<0.05具有统计学意义;实验组实习护士的满意度高于对照组实习护士,P<0.05具有统计学意义,患者对实验组实习护士的满意度更高,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论采用基于问题的启发式教学方法对实习护士进行教学,可以提高实习护士的考核成绩和相应技能,提高实习护士对带教方式的满意度,提高患者对实验组实习护士的满意度,基于问题的启发式教学方法在临床对实习护士的带教中具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based heuristic teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 80 trainee nurses from the department of liver diseases in our hospital were selected from April 2017 to April 2019 to set the specimens for this study,and were divided into half by computer randomization,namely the control group and the experimental group.The practice nurses in the control group used conventional teaching methods,and the practice nurses in the experimental group used problem-based heuristic teaching methods.Compare the appraisal results of the two groups of practice nurses,the satisfaction of the practice nurses with teaching methods,and the satisfaction of 80 patients with the two groups of practice nurses.Analyze their teaching points and their results.Results The appraisal results of the practice nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the satisfaction of the practice nurses in the experimental group was higher than that of the control practice nurses,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The patients'satisfaction with the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Using problem-based heuristic teaching methods to teach practice nurses can improve the assessment results and corresponding skills of practice nurses,increase the satisfaction of practice nurses with teaching methods,and increase the satisfaction of patients with practice nurses in the experimental group.The problem-based heuristic teaching method has the promotion value in the clinical teaching of practice nurses.
