大学学科带头人领导行为结构的实证研究

摘　　要：“双一流”建设背景下,大学学科带头人在学科建设中的作用愈发突出。研究大学学科带头人领导行为结构,不仅有助于学科带头人发挥领导作用,而且能够助力一流学科建设。通过对北京市36所高校169名教师进行问卷调查发现,大学学科带头人领导行为是一个由个人魅力、愿景激励、德行垂范、资源整合与高绩效标准组成的五维度结构;大学学科带头人的个人特征(年龄、学科背景、行政级别)对大学学科带头人领导行为及其相应维度具有显著影响。Under the background of"Double First-Class"construction,the role of university discipline leaders is becoming more and more prominent in discipline construction.Studying the leadership behavior structure of university discipline leaders can not only help discipline leaders play a leading role,but also promote first-class discipline construction.Through a questionnaire survey of 169 teachers in 36 universities in Beijing,it is found that the leadership behavior of university discipline leaders is a specific five-dimensional structure,including:idealized influence,inspirational motivation,virtue model,resource integration and high performance standards.The personal characteristics(age,discipline background,administrative level)of university discipline leaders have a significant impact on their leadership behavior and related dimensions.
