摘  要:为了简化色素提取的聚酰胺吸附法,提高实验效率,对干制水产品中合成色素测定方法进行了改进。采用超声提取法提取样品中的合成色素,样品提取后用离心或者过滤的方法使残渣与提取液分离,然后将样品提取液通过自制的聚酰胺小柱进行吸附净化,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行测定。通过回收率和第三方检测实验室进行实验室之间比对验证,改进后的方法准确度高,精密度好,符合残留检测要求。In order to simplify the method for pigment extraction and improve the efficiency,the determination of synthetic pigment in dried aquatic products was improved.The ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract the synthetic pigment in the sample,the residue was separated from the extract by centrifugation or filtration after the extraction.The synthetic pigment in the sample was adsorbed and purified by self-made polyamide column and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Through the recovery rate experiment and the inter-laboratory comparison,the improved method has high accuracy good precision meet the requirements of residue detection.
