摘 要:目的分析哨点医院食源性疾病发生情况,为预防和控制食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法依托哨点医院收集病例信息,采集食源性感染性样本开展检验。结果2015年-2018年哨点医院共监测食源性疾病1933例,农民为主.占62.03%,发病时间以6月、7月、8月病例数为高。共检出阳性菌265份,阳性率为13.71%,包括非伤寒沙门菌205例、副溶血性弧菌41例、致泻性大肠埃希菌18例、志贺菌1例;976份样品检出诺如病毒87例。沙门菌集中在7月-10月,暴露食物为肉制品及其他动物性食品;副溶血性弧菌集中在6月-10月,以水产动物及其制品为主;诺如病毒高峰期为12月及1月-4月。结论本次监测的食源性疾病病原体以诺如病毒和沙门菌为主,结合致病菌发生的季节性特点,做好食源性疾病相关健康教育工作,加强公共饮食点食品的安全管理,从源头上控制食源性疾病的发生。Objective To analyze the occurrence of foodborne diseases in sentinel hospitals and provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling of foodborne diseases.Methods Case information was collected and food-borne infectious samples were taken by the sentinel hospital.Results From 2015 to 2018,a total of 1 933 cases of foodborne diseases were monitored in sentinel hospitals,farmers accounted for 62.03%,and the incidence time was high in June,July and August.A total of 265 positive bacteria were detected,with a positive rate of 13.71%,including 205 cases of non-typhoid Salmonella,41 cases of parolytic Vibrio,18 cases of laxative Escherichia coli,and 1 case of Shigella.87 cases of Norovirus were detected in 976 samples.Salmonella is concentrated from July to October and exposed food is meat products and other animal foods;paralytic Vibrio is concentrated from June to October,mainly aquatic animals and their products;Norovirus peaks in December and January-April.Conclusion The pathogens of foodborne diseases in this monitoring are mainly Norovirus and Salmonella,combined with the seasonal characteristics of pathogenic bacteria.The health education work related to foodborne diseases should be done well.The safe management of food in public diet should be strengthened,and the occurrence of foodborne diseases should be controlled from the source.
