家族企业中社会资本的特征及其对传承的影响

摘　　要：社会资本是家族企业竞争优势之源,社会资本能否保持稳定影响到家族企业传承的成败。在家族企业的代际传承中,企业社会资本既具有一定的稳定性,又会发生相应变化。企业社会资本的变化会导致各项成本的上升及企业业绩的下降,而其稳定性又能降低这些不利影响,为企业成功传承提供支撑。为更好地促进家族企业的成功传承,本文从加强企业自身社会资本建设和积累、提高现代意义社会资本比重、增强企业社会资本的稳定性等方面进行了具体分析并提出加大企业自身社会资本的建设和积累;努力把个人社会资本转化为企业社会资本;加强企业现代化建设和治理,提高现代意义社会资本在企业社会资本中的地位等可行性建议。Social capital is a competitive advantage for a family business and its stability affects the inheritance of the business.In intergenerational inheritance,social capital is stable to a certain extent,but it is subject to changes sometimes.These changes will generate rise of all costs and decline of corporate performance,while the stability of the social capital can help reduce the negative influence and provide support for the successful inheritance of the business.This paper makes a detailed analysis in terms of strengthening construction and accumulation of social capital,increasing the proportion of social capital and enhancing the stability of the capital.The author proposes feasible suggestions in such respects as transforming individual social capital into enterprise social capital,reenforcing corporate management and improving the status of social capital in modern sense.
