摘  要:为适应新时代思想政治理论课建设改革创新要求,基于高职院校的培养目标和学情,按照“学思做一体化”教学改革思路,着眼于培养学生的学习能力、思维能力、参与能力,在思政课教学改革实践中探索出“10个一”教学模式。通过集体备课,使教师教学能力得到有效提升,坚持学生主体和教师主导有机结合,激发了学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生在能动参与中增强了获得感。In order to meet the requirements of the reform and innovation of ideological and political theo⁃ry courses construction in the new era,based on the training goal and learning situation of higher vocational col⁃leges,according to the teaching reform idea of“integration of learning,thinking and doing”,focusing on culti⁃vating students’learning ability,thinking ability and participating ability,the“10 ones”teaching mode is suc⁃cessfully explored in the teaching reform practice of ideological and political courses.Through the collective lesson preparation,teachers’teaching ability can be effectively improved;and the organic combination of stu⁃dents’principle function and teachers’ruling function can stimulate students’interest in learning and help students to enhance their sense of gaining in the active participation.
