正畸与修复方案联合治疗错[牙合]伴牙列缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究口腔正畸与修复方案联合治疗错[牙合]伴牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月在本院就诊的错[牙合]伴牙列缺损患者142例,随机数表法分为观察组(n=71)和对照组(n=71)。对照组采用常规修复方案治疗,观察组给予口腔正畸-修复方案联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、牙齿情况、咀嚼功能、口腔卫生情况和治疗不良结局。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为91.55%,高于对照组(81.69%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的牙齿排齐良好率、咬合关系良好率和前牙覆[牙合]覆盖良好率均高于对照组,牙齿松动率、牙齿移位率和牙列间隙发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的咬合力和咀嚼效率明显上升,口腔菌斑附着指数和软垢指数均明显下降(均P<0.05),且观察组的咬合力和咀嚼效率高于对照组,口腔菌斑附着指数和软垢指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸联合修复方案治疗错[牙合]伴牙列缺损的临床疗效确切,能有效改善患者的临床症状、提高其咀嚼功能和口腔卫生情况,且不良结局发生率低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of orthodontics and prosthodontics in the combined treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect.Methods:A total of 142 patients with malocclusion with dentition defect treated in our hospital between January 2018 and June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=71)and control group(n=71)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional prosthodontic technique alone,and the observation group was given orthodontic treatment combined with prothodontic treatment.The clinical effect,dental condition,masticatory function,oral hygiene status and poor treatment outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(91.55%)was higher than the control group(81.69%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the excellent and good rates of teeth alignment,occlusal relationship and overlap and overbite in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The teeth loosening rate,tooth displacement rate and incidence of dental space were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bite force and masticatory efficiencies of both groups were increased significantly,while the oral plaque attachment index and debris index were decreased significantly(P<0.05).The bite force and masticatory efficiency of observation group were higher than the control group,and the oral plaque attachment index and debris index were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment combined with prothodontic treatment is effective in treatment of patients with malocclusion and dentition defects.It can effectively improve patients’clinical conditions,masticatory function and oral hygiene,with low incidence of adverse outcomes.
