摘 要:实验教学作为理论联系实际的重要环节,在人才培养过程中具有重要作用。切实提高专业实验教学质量是实现人才培养与社会需求有效对接的重要保证。中国矿业大学过程装备与控制工程专业从细化实验培养目标、优化专业实验项目设置、完善和规范实验过程管理与控制等角度着手,将"5s"法和自主管理(AM)理念融入专业实验教学,以期培养学生的创新意识,增强学生的实践动手能力和规范操作与管理意识。此次教改为其他高校过控专业本科实验教学改革提供了新思路。As an important part of integrating theory with practice,experimental courses play an important role in the process of talents training.The improvement of professional experiment quality is an important guarantee to realize the effective connection between talent training and social needs.Combining with the practice of the experimental teaching reform of the control specialty in our university,the idea of integrating the advanced comprehensive management concept of mechanical equipment into the concept and implementation scheme of professional experimental teaching,which based on elaborating the training objective of the experiment,integrating and optimizing the existed experimental resources,adjusting the proportion of experimental items,improving and standardizing the management and control of experimental process.It is pointed out that the orientation is to cultivate innovative consciousness,highlight practical ability and standardize scientific operation and management.It provides a new idea for the organization and standardization of undergraduate experimental teaching for process equipment and control engineering specialty.
