大学生勤工助学创业实体的育人模式初探

摘　　要：勤工助学是高校资助工作和育人工作重要的模式之一。近年来,高校资助育人和创新创业教育日益受到重视,创业型勤工助学把“济困”与“育人”的双重功能有效地结合起来,理论研究和实践探索层出不穷,该文以广东外语外贸大学南国商学院创业型勤工助学模式中的校园文创产品为例,遵循助困、发挥学生主体地位、控制风险等原则,分析经济困难的学生在创业勤工平台工作中存在的问题,探讨提高学生创业就业能力以及综合实践能力的方法,从而更好地实现勤工助学创业实体的资助育人功能。Work-study is one of the most important models of financial assistance and education in colleges and universities.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the education through financial assistance,as well as innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.Entrepreneurial work-study combines the dual functions of"poverty relief"and"education"effectively.Theoretical research and practical exploration are emerging in an endless stream.Taking the campus cultural and creative products in the creative work-study model of Nanguo Business School of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as an example,following the principle of helping the poor,giving full play to the dominant position of students,controlling the risk and other principles,this paper analyzes the problems of students with difficulties in the work of entrepreneurial service platform,and explore ways to improve students'entrepreneurship and employment ability as well as comprehensive practical ability,so as to better realize the function of supporting and educating students of work-study entrepreneurship entity.
