摘 要:在健康中国战略背景下,培养具有高素质的预防医学专业人才面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。"营养与食品卫生学实验"是预防医学专业核心课程之一,承载着培养知识、能力和素质三位一体预防医学人才的重担。该课程是一门实践性很强的专业课,涵盖内容广泛,与生活密切相关,其中蕴含着丰富的思政元素。本论文分析了"营养与食品卫生学实验"的育人功能和思政元素,并利用适宜的教学方法将思政元素与课程教学有机融合,达到传授知识的同时提高学生的素质。Under the background of healthy China strategy, it is facing great opportunities and challenges to cultivate highquality preventive medicine professionals. Nutrition and food hygiene experiment is one of the core courses of preventive medicine, which carries the burden of training preventive medicine talents with knowledge, ability and quality. This course is a practical professional course, covering a wide range of contents, closely related to life, which contains rich ideological and political elements. This paper analyzes the educational function and ideological and political elements of nutrition and food hygiene experiment, and uses appropriate teaching methods to integrate ideological and political elements with course teaching, so as to impart knowledge and improve students’ quality.
